Hotel Design

Nestled along Sardinia's fabled Costa Smeralda, the Hotel Romazzino dominates an extraordinary turquoise-green bay with its whitewashed walls, rounded lines and arched windows that haromonise so fluidly with surrounding nature.

The Hotel Romazzino debuted in 1965, designed by architect Michele Busiri Vici, considered the father of Mediterranean architecture and already well known throughout Sardinia for his Stella Maris Church in Porto Cervo.

The hotel appears as a whitewashed structure that winds around a fragrant garden of rosemary, flowers and juniper.

A place where the beach is of the finest sand, the pools are sinous and inviting, the welcome is warm as per Sardinian tradition. The impact of an incredible panorama, the wonderful freshness of the air,  the art of being both sophisticated and simple, bubbly and tranquil.

Considered one of the world's most beautiful resorts, all guest rooms feature authentic Sardinian furniture, hand-crafted by local artisans. Interiors are decorated with drapery, tapestry and wrought iron pieces made by the best artisans in Sardinia. All is done to enhance the home feeling at the Hotel Romazzino. The bathrooms will have tiles in mosaic style in several typical colors from Costa Smeralda.

Between 2011 and 2013 the Hotel Romazzino added 6 Villas with private pool to its collection.
