Summer 2021 has unveiled the results of the third phase of impressive renovation works carried out at Hotel Cala di Volpe. This major project of architectural innovation and artistic reinterpretation was realized by architects Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille.

After redesigning the lobby, its iconic Atrium bar, and a collection of 68 Contemporary Rooms & Suites between 2019 and 2020, Bruno Moinard has presented new 7 rooms and 12 soft refurbished rooms in the original wings of the hotels.

Furthermore, the guest culinary experience will be uplifted through a complete renovation of Le Grand, Barbecue Restaurant ant its brand new Juice bar.

The gastronomic selection of the prestigious Hotel Cala di Volpe will be enriched, next summer, by the recent partnership with Beefbar, a culinary luxury brand specialized in meat delicacies. Beefbar not only is a well-known international chain with restaurants located in cities like Paris, Tulum, Mykonos, Athens, Hong Kong or Saint-Tropez, but it also promotes a new way of living the culinary experience with a modern and innovative approach. Created by Riccardo Giraudi more than 10 years ago in Monte Carlo, this unique concept is based on the accurate selection of top-quality cuts of meats, and it has rapidly become a great success all over the world. Beside its excellent-quality products, Beefbar offers a refined modern ambience and a captivating design: the perfect location to fully enjoy the international dishes on the menu.
