Novikov for Cala di Volpe
Gourmet Asian flavors delighting Costa Smeralda: Hotel Cala di Volpe is hosting a pop-up version of Novikov Restaurant & Bar: Novikov For Cala di Volpe.
The international restaurant chain Novikov has arrived in Costa Smeralda and Sardinian products will be in the spotlight of the prestigious menu of Asian cuisine proposed by the famed brand from London, Dubai and Moscow.
Wednesday July 20 marks the opening of “Novikov for Cala Di Volpe” at Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Bringing lustre to it will be the brand’s three stars of international cuisine: Jeff Tyler, Executive Chef; Kelvin Sark, Sushi Chef and Giacomo Uzzo from Bologna.
Once the restaurant is up and running the team will be composed of six people, accompanied by the experience and professionalism of the hotel’s staff, and will stay open until August 20, serving both hotel and external guests.
The menu proposed will also be exclusive: Sardinian fish – ranging from bream and seabass to lobster, cured grey mullet roe and tuna – fruit, vegetables and cheese will be the base to the majority of the dishes offered by the prestigious Russian brand. the result of the intuition and inspiration of Arkady Novikov.
“I often use Sardinian produce in London, because it is a guarantee of quality – explains Jeff Tyler. The Novikov for Cala di Volpe will serve the dishes of “Novikov Asian London” by the pool of one of the most glamorous Starwood hotels in a casual yet elegant setting, and will use the best products from Sardinian and Asian tradition. We hope to make Sardinia proud”.
